Our project
Guardians of the Coasts is a project that brings together activists, educators, and volunteers from Greece and Portugal to protect public beaches and raise awareness about the impact of climate change and tourism on our coasts.
Through training, local actions, and international cooperation, we want to help people learn about their environmental rights, take part in local decisions, and work together across generations to protect coastal areas for everyone.
Our objective is to enhance civic engagement, environmental awareness, and intergenerational learning by empowering activists, volunteers, and educators to protect public coastal spaces in Greece and Portugal.
